LORD, my God, you are the one who calms the storm,
when the waves and winds threaten from all around.
You bring complete calmness when the boat is tipping and all are seized with fear.
Praise be to you ~ my Savior ~ my Lord.
Forgive me when my faith falters.
Restore me to a place of believing so that in the calmness, I, too, will be glad.
Bring the desired haven.
You are worthy of all praise, honor and glory for your wonderful deeds!
You are the safe harbor.
From the calmness, I shout your praise and marvel again
at how vast is your tender mercy and power.
I am still.
I am calm.
You are my Savior and Lord of my life. Amen.
